Fitness Fashion Friday!

Happy Friday all!

I was on the mainland last weekend, so I decided to hit up the Goodlife Fitness in Burnaby/Coquitlam area. Wasn’t bad. Ill be honest, not a huge fan of women only sections of a co-ed gym. Felt awkward. Anyway, on with the fitness fashion show that is Friday!

Friday

I wore my HR monitor to test a claim I saw online (I was so right.. Hot yoga doesnt burn 500 or more cal HA)
