21 Day Fix- Day THREE

ACTIVITY:

Ran 7.3 km and then did Lower Fix

Pre-workout snack:

An orange (as in the fruit..not the container)

 

Breakfast:

black beans, 2 eggs scrambled, onion and pepper, tsp coconut oil

Snack:

Vegan Chocolate Shakeology, flaxseed, half banana, tsp peanut butter

Salmond/beef, quinoa, feta cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes

Snack:

SO random I know.

1 egg and left over beef tomato sauce, rest of the brown rice pasta, an apple, 2 tsp of almond butter

Dinner:

Ground turkey, quinoa, broccoli, onion, pepper

And lots of tea!!
