21 Day Fix- Day FOUR

I am trying to be more creative with my meals. I am a creature of habit and eat the same thing most days. So I am trying for you guys! I am doing this documentation to show that you can have variety and still have success with your results!

Breakfast:

plain 0% fat greek yogurt, strawberries, 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 tsp honey

Snack:

Shakeology (chocolate vegan), flax, Almond milk, banana, 1 tsp almond butter

No picture, clearly ;).

Lunch:

salmon, quinoa, mozzarella, tomato, cucumber

Snack:

Oatmeal, banana, 2 tsp peanut butter

Dinner:

Beef, quinoa, kidney beans, spinach, mushrooms and onion, 1 tsp coconut oil
