21 Day Fix- Day 13

Rest day Monday!

Breakfast

flax, watermelon, sauteed veg (mushroom/pepper/onion), toast, cheese, 2 eggs poached

Shakeology, spinach, banana, almond milk and 2 tsp peanut butter

spaghetti, tomato sauce (didnt consider this a full green though..), steak, mango

chicken, mushrooms and green beans, potatoes

Dinner

left over from lunch chicken, tomato, broccoli
